Maruti is a B.tech ( Computer Science ) graduate from IIIT-Hyderabad. His interests lie in Problem Solving, Web Development, Performance of web and Scripting. He was the second author of a paper in Image processing which was published in ICVGIP 2008.  He has interned in Google in his 3rd year. He joined Yahoo! and worked in Yahoo! videos and Yahoo! Small Business teams for a period of 2 years and 2 months. After getting sick of the big company environment, he decided to join iStream as a part of their core technical team. At iStream, he leads the UI development for the web and also helps out in Media Delivery.

He is a big fan of the Liverpool football club, Steven Gerrard is his god. He likes to go to karoake nights and shake a leg or two on weekends. He also rides a Fazer and zooms around Bangalore roads.
